Please note:
- Please note we require the outstanding balance to be settled on arrival of the car at the start of the day.
- The hire period begins from the scheduled pick up time.
- The price includes as many stops and journeys within the time booked.
- We do not charge additional fees if the client is late to enter the vehicle however the confirmed end time will remain the same. We will give 15 minutes additional time with the car if required for free.
- On-the-day time changes will not incur extra charges and we will make every effort to accommodate, however we reserve the right to refuse time changes where not possible.
- We will make every effort to accommodate on-the-day hire extension requests and the client will be charged at £100 per extra hour required. However we reserve the right to refuse extension requests where not possible.
- Bookings that end beyond midnight will be charged at £150 per hour after midnight.
- We cover up to a maximum of 70 miles from Ilford, Essex.
